Not a fan of Ibarra. Other Mexican chocolates I’ve had were very good I just cannot specifically remember what they were.

Abuelita is quite common, its good but it’s sugary and cinnamon laden for my taste.

My grandparents always bought us a chocolate called “chaparro” from Galicia, its sort of like abuelita (meant to be used for hot chocolate and such)
It is most excellent.

I’ve had that it is really good. My grandma shared some with us once. I think someone visited Spain and got it for her.
